Myron E. Mims’ real estate acumen transcends the traditional legal practice. Mims real estate experience extends to investing, developing, planning consultant, chairman of mayoral appointed commercial real estate development boards, as well as development team counsel, escrow attorney, and regional council to commercial real estate owners.

Mims experience in the real estate development arena includes:

  • Site feasibility and site planning
  • Permitting, including zoning changes/amendments, special use permits, and related use entitlements
  • Local, state and federal RFP and incentive program application preparation, including TIFs, new market tax credits, low income housing tax credits, transit oriented development, CDBG, infill housing and adaptive reuse grants
